Myself and 4 friends planned a rafting trip in the area and decided to stay here two nights. We had a wonderful stay, cute rooms, great service and friendly staff. Restaurant provided multiple options for dining and the breakfast was ample. Would highly recommend!

Great little resort
This is a lovely little resort, in a beautiful location. I would guess not many Americans have visited, but I really appreciated it. The breakfast was nice, the staff was pleasant (although only one spoke English), and it was really nice to enjoy the hot tub with the view when the weather wasn't warm. The room wasn't large, but totally adequate for my needs, and the shower was nice.

O lugar é lindo e a equipe muito boa, com destaque para o pessoal que atende na piscina. Fantásticos! Minha única reclamação é que ao solicitar um travesseiro que estava faltando, o hotel disse não ter, e detalhe, não era um travesseiro extra, Estava faltando em uma das camas, mas valeu muito a pena e pretendo voltar.

Muito potencial, mas faltam cuidados
Piscina incrivel, estrutura maravilhosa para uma pousada, contudo, precisa se manutenção urgente e constante. Troquei de quarto e, em ambos, o ar condicionado não funcionava a contento. Na academia, que é otima, somente uma esteira funcionando. Os funcionários são incriveis, super prestativos, carinhosos e solícitos. O café da manhã é razoável.

A estrutura é boa, mas falta investimento.
O hotel mostra problemas tipicos de falta de investimento por parte dos proprietários, embora as instalações sejam muito boas. O wi-fi não funcionou na area dos chalé. A hidromassagem no chalé apresentou problemas (disjuntor de desligava). No primeiro dia de estadia, a piscina estava suja e não havia piscineiro para fazer a manutenção. A solução foi um hospede pegar a peneira e fazer o trabalho basico de limpeza, mesmo sem cloro e outros acessorios. A piscina tem um bar, mas nenhum funcionário atendendo até 14 h, quando chega alguém para se incumbir dos hospedes. A pousada tem cinema em um salão grande, refrigerado, com isolamento acústico e equipamento dolby surround. O problema é que quase todas as poltronas reclináveis estão com os encostos quebrados. Hospedei-me antes, em fevereiro/2023, e as poltronas estavam perfeitas naquela época. Apesar de dispor de receptor Sky nos quartos, somente estão disponíveis os canais de TV aberta.
