« I recently stayed at this hotel and initially had some issues with the linens, which was a bit disappointing. However, the way management handled the situation completely changed my impression. Upon checkout, the manager, Wendy, went above and beyond to make things right — she personally offered us $30 cash for breakfast and even allowed us to choose several snacks for our road trip as a thoughtful gesture. Her professionalism, kindness, and commitment to guest satisfaction truly stood out....

« These guys are amazing. We've stayed at the Grapefruit campus (literally) multiple times and have booked two more times. They get it. Their home is equipped properly for everything. Family and friends can enjoy being together without feeling cramped. Additionally, they are set up to entertain with cooking, dining, games, watching playoffs, and lounging. « We were in town for a wedding. Eight adults stayed and it was quite comfortable. The house was immaculate and spacious. The listing was a little confusing as the picture of the office looks like it’s an actual room, but in person it is a loft. The futon was comfy. I would highly recommend. We plan to return spring/summer for a longer stay to enjoy more of the amenities it offers.The owners were quick to respond and really assisted with the stay. »

« This was advertised as a 4 bedroom but it’s only 3! The 4th “bedroom” was the white pull out couch in the dining room. In addition, there were only 5 forks, 4 coffee cups and a sparsely decorated home. There should’ve been a table inside in front of the patio door..instead there was nothing there and the dining table was where there should’ve been the family room. The beds are foam and VERY firm and the hottub was green. The communication with the VRBO staff was amazing. They were able to find...
