« Despite its goof rating, we was disappointed by the he hotel : It was very humid : wet floor all the time, room doors hardly opening. There was holes in the sheets... The COVID policy was excessive : we have been sleeping in 15 hotels or so in the last weeks (road trip) and it is the first one where you could not help yourselve for the breakfast but had to ask the staff to serve you. However, the staff was very nice. The hotel definitely does not deserve higher than a generous 7.0. »

« The site said sound proof rooms. They weren't kidding. Couldn't hear anything from the rooms next door and could hardly hear anything from outside (like car doors closing or horn beeps when someone locked their car doors. It was a nice peaceful night to end our trip home. »

« The pfroperty was not great only one wall sconce had a bulb for light, the 4inch mattress was ddirectly on top of metalframe for a playform bed. abut very clean. We paid aan extra $25,00 fdor each dog and unfortunately one got sick We cleaned all areas of the room affected and gave them another $50.00 for the housekeepping staff as we had to use the hand towels tocleanspots on the fug. Staff VERY helpful amd friendly. Tv wasset at one volume only. aathis choice was for our evacuation needs...

« This hotel was fine. It was a bit hard to find as they took a Holiday Inn Express lighted sign and put a sign over it saying Baymont. In the dark, you couldn't see anything except the Holiday Inn name. »
