« When I booked my stay at U eat n Sleep I had high expectations because one tends to associate a 4\* rating with a certain level of standards. Unfortunately my experience was very disappointing, and the underhanded reaction of the staff to my concerns broke the confidence I had in the place. The facts : the staff was friendly (although a little difficult to get a hold onto), the hotel is ideally located, and the rooms are generally very comfortable. The check-in experience was a bit too...

« Les chambres sont très confortable malheureusement j'ai été dérangé par le bruit de la rue et surtout des chambres voisines. Une mention spéciale au Monsieur très désagréable à l'accueil ! Est-ce le propriétaire ? Aucune idée, un petit bonjour c'est gratuit mais apparemment c'est trop lui demander. »

"Séjour de 4 nuits dans le cadre d'un festival, le personnel de l'accueil est très accueillant, les chambres sont belles et assez spacieuses. La situation est bonne et l'hôtel est très calme. Les seules petites fausses notes sont l'oublie par les femmes de chambre du changement du papier toilette, le dernier jour le distributeur de gel douche était vide et le dépôt de vêtement d'une autre chambre après nettoyage dans notre chambre. De plus il y a un effet assez déceptif au petite cadeau dans la chambre ; deux saphir à aller échanger au bar, il s'agit d'un petit chocolat par personne. A mon sens il est mieux de rien offrir plutôt que de faire déplacer le client pour lui proposer quelque chose d'aussi ridicule. Néanmoins il est très probable que je reséjourne dans cet hôtel."

"Épaté par la chambre, tout très bien, sa taille, sa propreté, un coin salon cuisine, une partie chambre, très bien équipés, en prises (y'a même 2 grandes télés côté chambre et côté salon), sans oublier la grand terrasse ou la grande salle de bain; l'accueil aussi impeccable ; seule curiosité, de devoir réserver la salle de sport (pourtant très peu utilisée pendant mon séjour); tout globalement quand même remarquable (pour un prix extrêmement raisonnable par rapport à d'autres hébergements)"
