"As with most Bowen Island stays, to get up to the suite, a steep grade hill is navigated. With our Subaru it wasn’t an issue. The unit is brand new, modern, and clean. I know they are still getting things in place so a few touches/items were missing that we are used to having at our stays like cooking oil, face cloths, a dish cloth, and a binder with info. about the unit. "Great stay, cabin feels like a real escape. Kitchen was great. The views are unbeatable. Only things that would have topped this to perfect would be that the deck gets morning sun not afternoon so we were chilly (but that'd actually be an advantage in the hot summer) and the double bed in the 2nd bedroom was pretty sunken so I didn't have the greatest sleep with my husband in there (would be totally fine for 1 person and that being said the bedding with nice and comfy)."
