"What an absolutely wonderful place! It was so cozy & comfortable, and in such a great neighborhood! Every night when we got home from our day of activity (college visits, DisneyLand, etc.) we took a walk around the block together. The communication with Shannon and Ken was fantastic! They were very responsive, kind and friendly! We come to the area often (one of our sons lives here), so I would most definitely rent this beautiful little retro home again. It was perfect! "The house was just as advertised. It fit our group for the event we were in town for. Our only thing is if you need to use the floor beds there is not much room. Everything was clean and plenty of coffee. Very nice backyard. Johnny was very responsive."

Well stocked, comfortable beds, safe area, good a/c-heating, Kitchen table area a little cramped for more than 3 people, but worked well. Appliances worked well.
