"We drove up from Phoenix on Friday evening and stayed until Monday morning. The property was ready and the perfect size for our family of 4 and our 2 dogs. The backyard is a great size and fenced in. The property backs up to a wash with a trail on the other side. The location is perfect! We will definitely return 👍"

"We found this place last minute for NAU Graduation. Grateful for the refrigerator since we had to store the cake for the reception the next day. Bed was very comfy that we overslept. Just don't close the master bathroom door all the way or you'll be stuck in there. Lol. Modular home needs to be releveled and door will be good. Otherwise, very clean, quiet spot to chill away from home."

"The house was as advertised and totally met our needs. We where busy all day, but it was nice to come back and cook. Driveway was steep, but more the enough room to turn around to pull out. The ice maker was broken, but a couple of bags of ice from the gas station fixed that."

"Living room was very comfortable and we enjoyed being together there as well as playing cards and games at the spacious dining table. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Extra bedding and towels were also provided. The location was convenient to our needs and we would have enjoyed neighborhood walks had the weather been more pleasant. Overall the house was very clean and inviting."

"The house was perfect for our family of 7 relatives to stay together and celebrate my daughter’s graduation. We had a hiccup with the washing machine on day 1 but that was resolved within 24 hours of notice. I sent a text to the property manager asking if there was an Iron but there was no response. We used the dryer instead and it helped a little. Overall it was a great place to stay."

"We had a wonderful stay, and we very much enjoyed our time at this place and in Flagstaff. The kids loved the air hockey, and arcade game, and the beds were all very comfortable. The younger kids also enjoyed the back porch with the connect four game, and the play set. The family seating in the loft was nice for movie nights. :-)"

"Have traveled most of the states but never visited the Grand Canyon. Flagstaff was ideal to be home base. Started looking for pet friendly and affordable. Barb’s home fit the bill. Very nice, clean, great location. Only one issue with the washing machine (operator error) and Barb addressed it quickly and we figured it out. Bring only yourself (maybe some food and drink). Everything else is there."

"We loved "coming home" to this welcoming house after a day at the Grand Canyon or Sedona or Wapatki NM. There was space for the kids to play games while adults shared time together. And the casita was perfect for the family member who needed a quiet place to recover from all the family togetherness. It was easy to get to stores and to quickly get on the roads to the many places we wanted to visit. Also a great neighborhood to take walks in. We would definitely stay here again."
