The backyard is a great size and fenced in. The property backs up to a wash with a trail on the other side. The location is perfect! We will definitely return 👍"

"Ideal for Grand canyon and other northern AZ visits. The house and detached play area are both very cool. Easily accommodates 8+ guests. Be careful about GPS directions though, check with owner to stay on paved roads and not get bamboozled by software into going off road."

The house was clean and had plenty of room for the three of us to stretch out and have our own space. Our host Mason, was very communicative with us and sent reminders about taking out trash and check out instructions."

"We loved "coming home" to this welcoming house after a day at the Grand Canyon or Sedona or Wapatki NM. There was space for the kids to play games while adults shared time together. And the casita was perfect for the family member who needed a quiet place to recover from all the family togetherness. It was easy to get to stores and to quickly get on the roads to the many places we wanted to visit. Also a great neighborhood to take walks in. We would definitely stay here again."

We called and got after hours who was polite and sent maintenance straight over. Josh arrived and instantly fixed the problem and even circled back around to make sure we had hot water. Would definitely come back just to visit the atmosphere and staff. "
