« First, the property hosts/owners were amazingly prompt with communication and extremely friendly. Next, this home is just wonderful and cozy, yet comfortably accommodating for our family (4). As well, perfectly located so as not too far from to town but quietly located in the woods. Would love to return! »

« This property was perfect for us and our needs. We put Mom upstairs, and my husband and I took the top bunk in the downstairs, and our two dogs took the floor. The downstairs is perfect if you have pets. The yard is huge, the location was great. We will return! »

« The cottage was very nice. Showers are very touchy. Also the upstairs bathroom has very slippery floor, need a mat that has a rubber backing. Being a senior, I almost fell due to the floor. « Property was nice and in a good location and looks like pictures. It was nice to have a place to relax in at the end of the day and the outside patio was nice for relaxing/hanging out in. Nice and private. It was clean just a few things showed it hadn't been "tidied" up before arrival. I would recommend staying here. »

« The place is much larger than it appears from the outside so, if you have a group, or will be traveling with family it is very accommodating. The area is very nice as you are initally driving into the neighborhood where the house is located, but as you get closer, it's not as appealing. Especially the street where the house is located. SOME neighbors have a lot of junk in their yards and there is at least 1 abandoned trailer a few lots down. It looks like they are fixing the house next door...

« This home was in a very quiet area. The house was comfortable and exactly what we were expecting. The pellet stove made the place quite cozy! »

« We had a wonderful stay at this cottage. Quiet and secluded from the main town, yet very accessible and not too far from any of the places we needed to get to. The place was great for all we needed and did not lack a thing. The only detail we would add, is that the laundry is not under the same roof, but in a separate room / place. This was OK for us and the host made it accessible for our need. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back and would love to stay in the same place. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ »

« I came with my family of 10 for skiing at Arizona snowbowl. the location is perfect, 10 min from the skiing. took a cab to the city for a night out, which was not a problem at all. very quite and peaceful neighborhood. enjoyed a spa after skiing on a mountain. this house has everything that a family will need for a small vacation. will definitely come back »

« I was super excited to get to this property and relax, with my family of 8. When we arrived, we couldn’t park because there was snow covering the driveway, so we had to park in the street(which isn’t allowed) while we shoveled the snow out with the one snow shovel there was, which was super inconvenient because it was wobbly, and we have babies! When we finally got inside, the floors were messy(not vacuumed) and there were water bottles from previous guests. Makes me think, did they even clean?...

« Nice little cozy cabin with lots of amenities. It was only 2 of us but it slept 6 for being small. It had all the kitchen utensils, dished, pots, and pans. There was a little hangout area/deck on top. Hate that we were so busy running around the state parks, that we didnt get time to enjoy it as much aa we could have. »

« We stayed at this lovely home in Flagstaff and made it our home base for trips to the Grand Canyon, Verde Valley and Sedona. The house was clean and had plenty of room for the three of us to stretch out and have our own space. Our host Mason, was very communicative with us and sent reminders about taking out trash and check out instructions. »
