However, the office closes at 8pm, and there wasn’t an emergency number to call when needed. The hot water heater does not work efficiently. Once one person showers with hot water, the next person has to wait a significant amount of time before jumping in the shower. Otherwise, you’re in for an ice cold shower. Cabins a little small Love the community feel of the property. Lots to do, a beautiful view and a perfect location right in between flag and Williams. Wish they started activities on Thursday instead of Friday for those not wanting to be in the midst of the crowds. The top windows of the cabins need automatic screens, it’s ridiculously bright in the morning. A side awning would also be nice for when the sun goes down for certain patios. They are a little small for more than two adults. And one and a half bathrooms would be ideal. A capacity of 8 and one bathroom is crazy to me. Emily at the front was amazing, friendly, & courteous. I had car problems the morning of checkout and asked the morning girl to help. Not very friendly and a little standoffish. I Asked if someone could help jump my car. She said no one was there. Mind you, I’m walking the property and see plenty of workers. A nice neighbor saw me and offered to jump. I gave the front desk my number to call me when someone who could help got there. The pictures do make the cabins seem more spacious than they are but overall, it was enough space for our family of 6 (Ponderosa). We did receive our cabin late, as it wasn't ready at check-in time, but we were able to explore some of the amenities while we waited and received complimentary drinks for the delay unprompted, so the customer service was above par. The cabin had most everything we needed including a full fridge and compact washer and dryer. The shower could use a deep clean but the rest of the cabin was very clean. There is a train nearby that blares its horn during the night, so we picked up some earplugs to sleep in, and there were no more sleep disruptions. Located in between Williams and Flagstaff, convenient to most activities.
