The backyard is a great size and fenced in. The property backs up to a wash with a trail on the other side. The location is perfect! We will definitely return 👍 »

« Ideal for Grand canyon and other northern AZ visits. The house and detached play area are both very cool. Easily accommodates 8+ guests. Be careful about GPS directions though, check with owner to stay on paved roads and not get bamboozled by software into going off road. »

« Had a nice weekend for our daughter’s graduation ceremony. Easy access on/off freeways and to NAU/downtown. The only negative was a steep driveway for access to house, and parking beyond 1 car was at the end of the street. »

We called and got after hours who was polite and sent maintenance straight over. Josh arrived and instantly fixed the problem and even circled back around to make sure we had hot water. Would definitely come back just to visit the atmosphere and staff. »
