The home is located in a clean, quite, and safe neighborhood. Barb is fantastic! She's very professional, communicative, availalbe, and helpful. « Greg's place is very large and can accommodate many guests. We loved the room to spread out but also everything was on one level. It seemed clean - some dust accumulating in places but nothing that made us feel like cleanliness was an issue. We were sitting outside having coffee one morning and a pool cleaner showed up. « Had a group of 8 seniors together for a quick reunion. Property was large and roomy to accommodate us all very well. We ate and hung out at the house most of the time. Outdoor area is spectacular to relax and enjoy the pool etc. The property management was outstanding and responsive to any of our needs. Would definitely recommend for larger groups and I will definitely stay there again in the future. »

« The house was super clean and convenient to everythjng we wanted to do in and around Las Vegas. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for the four of us. A small frustration I have with many vacation rentals, this one included, is no hooks or coat rack at the entrance. Small beef though. « This villa is great for a large group, but not as larger as listed. It is listed as sleeping over 40, however it seemed like we could only get 30 people to comfortably sleep, MAX. The space could also use shower mats, and more towels for guests. In addition, while sleeping, one of my guest’s bed’s fell to the floor. The next morning we discovered it was on cinder blocks. For the price we paid, we were disappointed to find broken equipment. It is in a safe location and has plenty of amenities...

« Très belle maison, situé dans un cartier tranquille et sécuritaire, à 15 - 20 minutes de la Strip, Maison très bien équipé, 4 grandes chambres, 2 salles de bain complète beaucoup d'équipement et accessoire dans la cuisine, beaucoup fourniture ( essuie tout, papier toilette, serviette etc. ) La piscine est équipé d'un chauffe-eau mais il n'était pas en marche, se qui aurait été pratique pour la période que nous y étions. « We had such a nice stay at this house! It was large enough for our group of nine adults, and it was nice having a “home base” to come back to away from the craziness of the strip. Sanh was always extremely responsive and we never had any issues. It was also so nice having a clean/warmed pool. Would definitely recommend this property. »

Obwohl das Haus nicht gereinigt war als wir Abends 8 Uhr ankamen, wurde es sehr zeitnah und gut gesäubert. Sehr gute Kommmunikation. Das Haus mit 2 Schlafzimmern ist groß und gemütlich eingerichtet. « 1 big issue here, I had to come down every time I would go out of my room because my card had been deactivated. Staff said it is because the card was too close to my phone or/and credit cards. I stay in hotels every week and never saw this happened. The room is great but that completely destroys the experience. »
