« It was so interesting looking out our window on the 38th floor of the Signature. We were OK with just viewing the mega hotels at different times of day from sunrise until evening. The room had a good mini kitchen for cooking our breakfasts and storing some cold foods. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was roomy and had good supply of hot water. Good location too. »

« This definitely has to be one of the best units in the building in terms of views. The unit was definitely clean and spacious-- excellent for family (we were four adults). Had not been to Lake Las Vegas before, but will definitely consider the area (and specifically the unit) any time I'm in Vegas and don't want to hassle with parking and "resort fees" on the strip! FYI: Small but well stocked grocery store just steps away, as well as several shops and restaurants. »

« I believe the clean up team need to be more professional. I dropped something that rolled under the bed, the surprise to see that this area had not been cleaned for a long long time. Found a popsicle stick against the couch in the living room. No dish cloth, only large soup spoons… Signature Suites need to re-vamp the condos, furniture… Getting old. This is my 10th year there. « We love staying at the Signature. If you are looking for a nice enjoyable quiet smoke free location near the strip, this place is for you. The pools are not packed and have great poolside service. If you want a more party like atmosphere there is a quick 10 walk inside and you have acess to the MGM pool. Love the balcony views and this 1 bedroom condo was perfect for us. »

The best part is the owners of this penthouse very good at communicating and taking care of their tenants. We will be back and book this same room again!!!! « The property was just like the pictures. We were very happy and satisfied with the property, location and amenities. Only one complaint was the lack of kitchen supplies. Only one fork, very few cooking utensils and the pans were not conducive for cooking (burned and stained terribly). Also a lack of basic condiments ( salt, pepper, oil). Also a lack of cleaning supplies (windex, cleaning sprays, extra trash bags) especially since no housekeeping. Still overall really enjoyed the property and...

« 1 big issue here, I had to come down every time I would go out of my room because my card had been deactivated. Staff said it is because the card was too close to my phone or/and credit cards. I stay in hotels every week and never saw this happened. The room is great but that completely destroys the experience. »
