« I spent wonderful stay at MGM Signature in this apartment (Business Trip). All advantages from Hotel (Front Desk, Concierge,...) with this amazing feeling of being at home (kitchen, balcony,...). We loved the Delights cafe in tower 2 (surprisingly good food!) and having access to MGM Grand's pool complex. When I return to Vegas, I will absolutely stay here again. The property was beautifully maintained, smoke free and was convenient to the monorail. Thanks for a wonderful experience in Vegas!! »

« Amazing location and beautiful! I was there for a conference and this location saved me about 15 minutes of walking each way which over 4 days ads up. The accommodations were top notch. « I believe the clean up team need to be more professional. I dropped something that rolled under the bed, the surprise to see that this area had not been cleaned for a long long time. Found a popsicle stick against the couch in the living room. No dish cloth, only large soup spoons… Signature Suites need to re-vamp the condos, furniture… Getting old. This is my 10th year there. « What a lovely apartment. It’s huge with 2 full bathrooms. Extra paper towels, bathroom towels and toilet paper. Water pressure and the jetted tub are just perfect. Kitchen comes with everything including oil, and spices. (Only recommendation would be to please add a scissors and a spatula and ladle. It is hard to cook and scoop dishes with a spoon, not to mention its harsh on the pans) Building 3 is the closest to the main road and literal 5 minute walk to Planet Hollywood. Joe is very...

« The condo was perfect. We were a group of two friends, so one of us slept on the pull-out couch (surprisingly comfy) and the other slept in the bedroom. Views from the balcony were incredible, the valet service was prompt and helpful, and the pool was luxurious. Short 5 minute walk to the MGM Grand, w/ access to their sprawling pool complex and the monorail. All in all, a class act...if I were to return to Vegas, I'd book this place again in a second. « Stayed at this resort several times, first time not booking through the resort itself. I saved a bit of money so that was great. Everything was as expected but the amenities really did lack compared to other times I’ve stayed. The rooms were clean, the service there is great but the noticeable stains and ripped furniture turned me off a bit. Either try a different room if use VRBO again, or stick with booking through the resort itself. »

« 2 bedroom unit was very clean and had everything we needed. It was quiet minus the yard crew one morning. Commuication from Luxort was via VRBO only. Loved the shuttle to Horseshoe, but we didn't use it. It is a timeshare so expect to be asked to do a tour in exchange for tickets which we didn’t do. We enjoyed our stay. It was just as advertised. If you want calm and away from hustle and bustle, but yet close enough to enjoy the strip, this is your place. Thank you Grand Desert! »

« 1 big issue here, I had to come down every time I would go out of my room because my card had been deactivated. Staff said it is because the card was too close to my phone or/and credit cards. I stay in hotels every week and never saw this happened. The room is great but that completely destroys the experience. »
