The house is circuit 1915 but very nicely revised and comfortable. You are very close to town (5 minute ) drive but feel like you are deep in the woods. We came to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and were greeted with peaceful mornings watching deer while sipping coffee, and afternoons full of birds and squirrels that kept our golden doodle entertained. The home itself was beautiful, cozy, and well-appointed—from the comfy beds to the hot tub and fireplaces (both indoor and outdoor). The wraparound porch with views of the pines and wooded surroundings made every moment feel like a retreat. The hosts were truly special—kind, thoughtful, and always quick to respond.
