"Excellent located hotel. We stayed in the northern wing in a nice corner room with great view to the Rossio square. The room was well appointed and immaculate clean. It had an espresso maker with capsules, comfy bed and towels. The towel was brand new, with porcelain tiles and a great rain shower. The location cannot be better within walking distance to major sites and the metro. Highly recommended."

"This was a fun and funky hostel, but our private room was very nice. It was roomy, had a small but good bathroom and a comfortable bed. The lighting could be improved. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very nice. The location was very convenient with many good dining options very nearby. You can pick up an Tuk-Tuk across the street. It was a 10-15 Euro ride to and from the airport on Uber."

"We had problems to offload our luggage. There is no parking space at all and nobody was there to help with 2 suitcases and 2 carry-ons. Checking in time is 3 pm and we could not get our room at 2 pm. Transport service provided by the hotel is expensive. It is better to use Uber or Bolt for a 15 minute drive to the airport. The room was ok, a bit outdated but functional."

"Good clean and quiet room. We do hear the metro train in our 3rd floor room, but not too bothersome. Friendly service. Great location, steps away from the Campo Pequenia metro station. Safe neighborhood. The Continente mini market a few doors away has the best price for the egg tarts.1.16 Euros for a tray of 4. We bought 4 trays to bring home. The only thing I didn't like is the sink. Hard to get the kettle under the faucet. It is low with that sink. Maybe not all rooms have that sink/faucet...
