"Check in with was good. Complaints were not recorded and acted upon, for example, after a period of heavy rain and thunder one night, upon return to the room it was flooded and the phone was not working. A complaint was made to the lobby but was never conveyed to the next shift (the staff at the crown leaves at 11 pm). Fortunately, my sister who was in another room, came to check on me and called the operator for assistance. Someone came at about 12:20 to dry up the water. The next...
