« It was very clean and quiet. I was surprised because I thought we would hear the planes at night but I slept great. Good soundproofing-could not hear other guests. Property managers were nice and even carried our luggage upstairs. There is no elevator and we were on top floor 48 steps but it was not too difficult. Just be aware if you cannot do stairs. Good security. Very close to Balboa park. When we got there, it took a while for a/c to come on but then it worked fine. »

« Casual, Easy Place to Stay! Checked all the boxes. Walking distance to fun coffee shops and restaurants. The property manager Nico was terrific and on top of everything i'm checking to check out. Really easy and communicative all the way through, which we really appreciate. It's just a relaxing little spot. We will definitely come here again »

« I came home from Japan to visit and came across this home. Philip made was readily accessible anytime I messaged him. The house was great, I really enjoyed the back yard. « Loved this condo and would definitely stay here again. Host was very accommodating and checked in on us when our already late flight was delayed. We arrived late so husband had to park a few blocks away but other than that - street parking totally not a problem. Neighborhood feels safe.
