Guest access is controlled by an electronic lock that uses a pin number that is provided to the guess upon arrival. Guests will have access to the backyard bbq'ing area. The host can be an interactive as the guests desire. Upon arrival, the if the host is available he generally will try to meet the guests to welcome them. From time to time he is unable to meet them and when this occurs the guests are free to enter the house immediately up on arrival. The little known name of this small neighborhood just south of the University of San Diego is called Silver Terrace. It is a very centrally located one just minutes from numerous highly popular destinations such as: Sea World, Mission Bay Park, Mission Beach, Old Town, Downtown, Fashion Valley Mall and La Jolla. Within a 10 minute walk you'll be within range of a trolley stop, multiple coffee shops, brewery tasting room, numerous restaurants, and a YMCA. Morena Vista Trolley stop is located within a 5-minute walk from the house. From there, it's possible to go to Little Italy, the Gaslamp District, Fashion Valley, Qualcomm Stadium, and even further east out to SDSU. This is the ideal place for a couple due to it's location to so many family friendly attractions San Diego has to offer.
