"The place was ok. very clean and well maintained. However the check-in was a hassle to say the least. I called 3 times to make sure they would send me a code due to my 3am arrival. despite being assured of that I never got the code and wasted an hour having to go to the ambassador Hotel and pick up a key with instructions. The receptionist told me that this was due since i had not paid. However I had the card file and he processed it right as we spoke! "

"I had a great stay , kept extending as my husband was in the hospital hotel Dieu It is in a great location . Not too difficult to get to from the hospital. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Only thing is I don’t know why they didn’t fill up my soap and shampoo dispensers .
