"Our stay was absolutely amazing!! This hotel is one of the most beautiful properties I have ever visited. The pool and courtyard are amazing from its multiple firetables, grill/pizza ovens to its hottub. This is by far the nicest cleanest hotel in Palo Alto. Did i forget to mention the complimentary coffee/latte machine that uses Philz coffee beans. This property also comes equipt with a golf simulator, dog wash room and a full gym. "Great initial experience, finding the block after a 12 hour flight was a challenge, directions to the block could be better. Back door leading to balcony, the lock wasn't working on it, the staff communicated with me via email very well. Told me the door lock had been examined and was fine, I'm Not convinced. Great apartment, but that made me feel unsafe. "
