"My room was large and extremely clean. I had plenty of room and a patio area to enjoy. I was disappointed that there was no microwave, no way for me to heat leftovers or any food purchase. The room does have a mini-fridge. Great if a microwave isn't an issue for you. I enjoyed my stay but will probably be staying elsewhere next trip."

"We were staying at the Hard Rock for a work trip and wanted to fly in a day early and stay an extra day close by. Xeliter Cana Rock was very close! 5 minute drive. The staff was kind and super accommodating! The only drawbacks I’d say is we had hoped there was a restaurant on the property, but there was a mini grocery store, and we couldn’t get the TV to play anything. The pools were nice and we had a nice relaxing time. Thank you Cana Rock! "

"As much as I have traveled I have never been so disappointed. We stayed a couple of nights there and to say it was awful is an understatement. Coffee maker was filthy and rusted. Only top sheets on bed with no blanket, rusted out appliances, stove and the refrigerator was broken and the food we bought was ruined that we had put it there. Choose pools according to your preferences, such as where it is quieter, where it is noisier with music and a pool bar, and where it is suitable for games for children. "I am a local vacationing in my own country, and I was unable to find the property. I called the given number with no success. The streets leading to the given address are narrow, crowded and need repairs urgently. Driving in the area was stressful and unpleasant. I am used to drive in the barrios and local busy streets of the DR. But this one takes it to a new level. "

"I liked that everything really was all inclusive like they said! The beach was also really pretty and they offered kayaking and snorkeling for free. I got food poisoning from my last day :( Everything is buffet style (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) except one restaurant. They have "live" cooking stations like for omelets and such. There was more alcohol available than one could ever need."

"Only issues I found were I needed to ask for another towel for 2nd guest and more toilet paper. They didn't really have someone come to clean or change sheets/trash over 4 nights. Had to ask for more toilet paper. The water flow sometimes was choppy like alternating between strong and weak flow. However it was very clean. The only thing missing from room is a nice big mirror and the room is a bit small in terms of space. Overall nice place to stay for the price. I would return. Just be prepared...

"The check-in was a little slow. Also I was dupped into believing this was a 2 to level penthouse. The 3 BR unit was nice but not as nice as the pictures they advertised for the room. Lots of construction going on. Pretty nosey."
