"Excellent stay. Clean and comfortable. Well A/C'd. Located on the 2nd floor of a two-story building. Parking lot at the back of building is spacious and clean. Close to Wynwood and a short drive from beaches on Miami Beach. The key-pad lock was very easy to use but would have been nice to have an extra lock for security. Kitchen was very well equipped! Very responsive and helpful staff. Would love to return."

"Nice enough place located close to Wynwood Walls. Neighborhood felt safe. 4-plex was recently constructed. Washer dryer on site convenient. Gripes: shower drain in main bath was slow so stood in water and a few extra towels would have been nice. Easy contact with manager."

"Great location with plenty of places to eat.... The customer service is great and offered free parking, which is a mjor plus in this vibrant and hip neighborhood. Close to the airport with a 15-20min Uber ride... I would recommend this vacation getaway for any group coming to Miami... Dr. L"

"The stay was great! Room was quite small ideal for two people but it was super cleaned and smelled good. Although small the attention to detail was there. The area was quite lonely almost deserted. It was walking distance to restaurants, bar lounges, which were filled with More people. The walls are really thin, keep that in mind!.. "Service - no problems. Everyone seemed pretty good. If not always there late night. Room (the good) - bathroom is spacious. Not a huge fan of vessel sinks, but they worked. Bed reasonably comfortable. Well stocked if overpriced minibar & convenience purchases. Room (the bad) - it says soundproofed but on the third floor, you can hear the traffic noise easily.
