The good: The parking is convenient. It is centrally located and close to shops. It is spacious and great value. Clean and comfortable. Well A/C'd. Located on the 2nd floor of a two-story building. Parking lot at the back of building is spacious and clean. Close to Wynwood and a short drive from beaches on Miami Beach. The key-pad lock was very easy to use but would have been nice to have an extra lock for security. Kitchen was very well equipped! This was a wonderful property. It was very clean and comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood located relatively close to the main attractions of the Wynwood area (20 minute walk/8-10 min Uber). We felt safe and the unit had an electronic padlock for ease of going in and out. It was great having 2 queen bedrooms each equipped with a nice sized closet and smartTV. The property managers were very communicative and quick to respond and check-in with us throughout our stay. Definitely recommend this property! ##### Lauren L.
