"The check-in wait was significant. Another employee helping with check-in would have been appreciated.
Other than that - the property was beautiful, the service was excellent, and everything was great!"

"Checkin staff was excellent and very accommodating even upgrading us from a queen bed to a king which was very much appreciated after a 10 hour drive to Windsor. The breakfast consisted of pancakes, cereal, toast or bagels. There was also some fruit and yogurt.
There was quite a bit of light coming in the top of the curtains as the parking lot lights were always on and some cars raced down the street loudly, but overall a good place to stay plus a reasonable price. "
