"The hotel wasn’t in good shape for a Hyatt. You can’t walk outside from the lobby, you have to go down to parking floor to exit. Strange setup. Why can’t thes fancy named hotels afford a $500 smart tv? None of the hotels offer that option. It’s very strange to me. If you charge $200 a night, you can afford a smart TV for families and kids. I hope the management reads this and upgrade their TVs. "

"It was good and they let me in early since I got intown early. It was a long walk down my hall to room because I had a recent hip replacement and the coffee maker in room didn't work, so I left a note. I wish prices weren't so high on rooms since traveling and gas prices high also, it makes it hard to visit family."

"When they say this property was remodeled it is true and they did a wonderful job on the remodel. . This is conveniently located to I-79, tons of shopping and restaurants and also the Bayfront area which is a beautiful area that I knew was there until I was invited to lunch while in town. The staff is excellent from the time I checked in to the tie I checked out everyone was very polite and professional. The breakfast was very good and fresh with a wide variety of items.
