“Loved our stay!”
First time in Pittsburgh, and the Omni William Penn was fantastic. The location was perfect for us: in a good, safe part of downtown, and absolutely walkable to the Mellon Arena & PNC Park and multiple restaurants. The interior of the lobby is old-style grande, with perhaps a little wear & tear showing. BUT....we stayed on a floor that had just been renovated, and it was stunning. One of the prettiest rooms that we've ever stayed in. The front desk bumped us to a larger room with a king bed. There were 2 bathrooms, and all of the furnishings were "top shelf". We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
“Excellent - Would definitely return”
As a new visitor to the Pittsburgh area, I was strictly relying on the reviews of others who had stayed at the Omni. Was extemely pleased with both the elegant room and the service. The room itself was enormous with 1.5 baths, luxury linens and robes. We had dinner in the Pub as well as tea and sandwiches on the terrace. Both were very nicely done. I highly recommend it!
“We had a blast at this hotel!”
Very nice room with two bathrooms! We went to a concert at Mr. Smalls and this was only 5 minutes from it. When you take a cab to Mr. Smalls, be sure to get their phone number or you will be stranded at Mr. Smalls because there are no cabs in the area. Also, park across the street at the parking garage, only cost $5 bucks. Will definately be staying here again. Bonus - two bars in this place!
“Beautiful Hotel; Excellent Service”
Service was great, room was beautiful.
“Nicest hotel in Pittsburgh”
The hotel is very nice, clean, elegant and conveniently located.
“Looking forward to my next stay”
I stayed at the William Penn last November for my birthday and to see the Steelers. Staff was very friendly and top notch. When I returned to my room after a short sightseeing trip, I found a tray on my sitting room table. To my surprise, was a birthday cake and card signed by the manager. I felt so spoiled and looking forward to my next stay in September!!
“Great”
Excellent place to stay in the heart of Pittsburgh
“Nice place”
This place has very nice rooms. And what can be better than a Starbucks in the lobby? Also, when I had problems with noisy neighbors they took care of it quickly and in a very considerate way.
“Fabulous Hotel”
One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. Lobby is breathtaking. Staff our friendly and nice. Will go back to the Omni
“Right Downtown”
The Omni WilliamPenn was a great place to stay. It is right downtown and near many intereting and fun activities, including the original 10 story Kauffman's deaoartment Store (now Macys). The hotel lobby is quite beautiful and the staff were friendly and very professional. The place wasn't at all stuffy, even though it is a luxury hotel. Free fruit and nice touch of fruity iced tea in the lobby in the morning. The room was clean and large. We used the health club which was pretty nice. I would definitely go back for a special occasion.
