"Great location "

"The water park wasn’t open during our stay on May 10-11th but the indoor pool was open. If you don’t have life jackets , buy them before going . There aren’t any available on site to purchase. I tried for days to reach front staff to ask specific questions in relations to my stay but no one ever answered. Once you’re there it’s fun. We won a towel playing power puff girls bingo . We didn’t dine in the restaurant but there were many near by. We also got discount tickets to Dutch Wonderland "

"This hotel is the in the heart of City Center. Check in was quick. The room was clear and the bed was very comfy. Also had the standard complimentary supplies. We didn’t eat at the hotel but there are many restaurants in walking distance. Hard Rock Cafe and Iron Hill Brewery. There was not as much traffic as other big cities I’ve been to and the area was fairly clean for a big city but there are a few bums on the street, not surprising. The streets are clear and minimal to no parking on the streets. Parking is very expensive. 0 to 3hrs $28, 3 to 6hrs $35 and 6 to 24hrs $49. "

"Great hotel highly recommend it "

"The only thing I was disappointed in was not having a refrigerator and microwave in our room. Of course, for $26.50/day, I could get a refrigerator. This is an amenity that should be included. You pay good money to stay there; they shouldn't nickel and dime on other stuff. We ate at three of their restaurants and had a couples massage, not to mention all the money we spent at the Casino. (donated, I should say). It is definitely a beautiful hotel, but the "little people" don't get too many perks. It's for the rich people. Sorry, just my opinion."

"My room was really clean, comfortable beds and pillows, I had microwave, little stove, fridge. It was really quiet and the price was very good. I was doubting about the hotel due to the price cause it was very affordable. They have this really good golf place”Puttshake” just crossing the street, love it so fun, good drinks. Nice restaurants around walking distance. Hablan español también."

"Close to City Winery venue. Helpful staff!"

"This was a very nice, affordable stop for a city-based hotel. All things considered, I felt comfortable and safe here, and walkability to historic sites. It is, understandably busy hotel with lots of coming and going through the lobby. That said, the staff did a commendable job managing this influx of people. I sat and watched the team handle a bus load of ~100 tourists with great efficiency and courtesy. My only complaint, and it’s a small one…while room service is noted in amenities, it is a VERY limited menu with equally limited hours. Normally wouldn’t have been an issue, and I normally don’t order it, but after an extremely long travel day, it was disappointing to not have it available. Outside of that, the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, from the front desk, to maintenance, to housekeeping. They seem like a seasoned team, and they work well together."
