“very nice hotel”

Beautiful hotel with exceptional service and extremely helpful staff. Close to Heinz field and PNC park (15 min walk). Great views of the rivers. Had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay there again.

“Beautiful view of the confluence of the Allegheny, Monogahela and Ohio rivers”

We came to Pittsburgh to see the Pirates play baseball and wanted to stay in a hotel in walking distance of PNC Park. The Wyndham Grand was just the place. Parking was easy as there are several parking garages around which we used instead of valet. The room was very attractive, modern decor, clean and comfortable. We stayed on the river side and had a fantastic view of the rivers and Mount Washington. The people at the hotel were friendly and helpful. Our sink wasn't draining properly. I called the front desk. When they said it would be taken care of immediately, they weren't kidding. Service was up to our room in a matter of minutes and had the problem taken care quickly with no hassles. Also very polite and accomodating. I would be glad to recommend the Wyndhan to anyone.

“Great Location”

Overall the location of the hotel is perfect for downtown and shore activities. I was extremely satisfied with the hotel - as a hotel. I had a very disappointing breakfast one morning at the hotel restaurant. Do not understand why the disconnect in service, maybe it was just that day, but with all the other great restaurants around, I'm not eating breakfast there again.

“Perfect for watching Steeler's footbal”

2nd stay here - was Hilton last time. Not much change cosmetically. Staff were great when we needed them. Location for a Steelers game at Heinz field is perfect. Got a room with a view across the rivers after a chat with reception on arrival. Most of the even numbered rooms have this - I think. Would go back again if going to another game.

“Wydham Grand Pittsburgh Hotel”

An excellent value for the money. Everything from check-in, valet parking, courtesy from staff, cleanliness and comfort of room was excellent. Attended the Pittsburgh Steelers football game and the walk over to the stadium from the hotel was the most convenient sports event & venue I've ever been at. Would highly recommend this hotel to all looking for a downtown Pittsburgh stay.

“Last minute bargain”

I reserved this room last minute online without knowing what the hotel name was. The rate was great. The hotel had recently changed hands so there was on small sign out front. The room was nice and they allowed me a late check out which was helpful since my flight out was not till late afternoon. This was great value for the money. I would stay there again.

“Will plan stay here again!!!!”

This hotel was great! Went up to Pittsburgh from TN for a Steelers football game! We got to the hotel 3 1/2 hours before check in and they let us check in and we went straight up to our room. The room was very clean and nicely put together. The bed was very comfortable. The location of this hotel is great for downtown. You really are in the middle of everything. I think the only complaint would be that they had 5 elevators and only 3 were running during the stay and the hotel was pretty full so the elevator rides got a little long. But nothing a little patience won't take care of. I am planning on staying at this hotel again on my next trip to Pittsburgh, PA.
