“Very happy!”
Was very satisfied with the entire stay. Room was very, very nice; clean, well decorated, great temperature control and very adequately supplied. The bed was very comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Husband liked the workout room; never got to use the pool due to a tight schedule. Restaurants and attractions within walking distance. Only complaint was a remote that may have needed new batteries, and a little squeak in the door leading from the room. Not really worth mentioning but hubby wanted me to include in review. Shuttle was a big plus. Had a wedding reception to attend and was nice to be able to have a drink or two and not worry about driving. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a great place while in Pittsburgh.
“The best Hotel for the Steeler Nation!!!!”
Excelent Hotel, great service, and perfect to Steelers fans
“Quite Lovely!”
This hotel was clean and the staff was extremely friendly. The beds were so comfortable it was hard to get out of them in the morning! I loved this hotel and I will be going back to it when I'm in Pittsburgh again.
“excellent hotet”
The hotel was very nice and the staff was very nice I would recommend tis hotel to everyone
“Will be back next yeat!!”
Everything was great. It was clean, nicely decorated, and perfect for our needs! To assist in cooking frozen meals (specifically french bread pizza), it would be nice if the public eating area had an accessible toaster oven. My only complaint was that we wanted to stay an additional night and the hotel had plenty of rooms yet they were not permitted to give us a "deal." I hate to see bad business decisions (empty rooms) in an otherwise fantastic hotel. If it is important to you, there is no outdoor pool.
“Perfect hotel for sporting events; has all the amenities of home; awesome free breakfast”
Our family went to Pittsburgh over Labor Day weekend to catch the first Pitt home game. When we pulled into the parking lot we were amazed at how close it was to both stadiums (PNC Park was literally ten feet away- Heinz Field was about a two block walk). Our room was awesome- I love the kitchen, and the bed was so comfortable! Everything was new, clean, and pretty. The dining area was spacious- we loved the little nooks that you could sit in. The breakfast buffet on both days was amazing- they had something for everybody (loved the waffles). Although the pool was small, the "lap jets" made up for it. I know that this hotel is meant for long term business clients, but I think these kind of places are perfect for families, because you can utilize the kitchen (save money by bringing your own food). I also wish we didn't have to pay to park ($18 a day), but it was fantastic to walk to Heinz Field and back without having to worry about being stuck in traffic. Our family will definitely stay there again.
“Right across from PNC Park”
You can't get any closer to PNC Park than this hotel, which is directly across the street. We went to two games there (as Cincinnati Reds fans) and it was the perfect (albeit pricey) place to stay.
“Great hotel for Steelers, Pirates and Rivers Casino”
Stayed 1 night at Residence Inn in 1 bedroom room. Room was clean and very large with big refrigerator and fully equipped kitchen. Continental breakfast was good. Located directly across(30 second walk) from PNC Park, and within a 5-10 min walk of Heinz Field and Rivers Casino, as well as numerous bars on the North Shore. Also close proximity to downtown Pittsburgh. Would recommend to anyone looking for an upscale hotel in the city.
“Excellent place to stay for Steelers games”
Excellent hotel. The hotel was close to downtown and area attractions. It is easy to get to and from the hotel. The staff was excellent. The breakfast is very good. Overall, everything was very good. I will definitely stay here again.
“Pittsburg was Great”
The hotel was excellent in every respect.
