“Easter Break Vacation”
Centrally located in Philadelphia to all family friendly attractions. Train station right outside, 3 blocks from City Hall. Clean bright rooms, most comfortable hotel bed and pillow ever, friendly service. Heated indoor pool and whirlpool were a big hit with the kids.
“Great Hotel for Price and Location”
The hotel was fantastic. The check in staff were kind and courteous. The room was clean and beautiful view of Broad Street down to the City Hall. I was very comfortable there. The only thing I really didn't like was the $25 over night for my car and the booth didn't accept credit card. Had to run back into the hotel for cash. I would definitely stay there again.

The location was perfect and overall it was superb. My only small complaint was that the beds were not as comfortable as some hotels I have stayed in. I definetely would recommend the hotel and would stay again.

The staff was courteous and friendly. The hotel was near restaurants and public transportation.

Even though the hotel was full of conference attendees, that it no way overwhelmed the attentiveness of the staff to others like myself, and although check-in was packed, everyone was patient and agreeable. Also, Lady Liberty, the shuttle company to the PHL airport, nearly stood me up, but the doorman was Johnny on the Spot, calling the company (I had made the original reservation the day before myself) at his own behest TWICE. When the shuttle finally arrived and it was clearly going to be too late for me because the shuttle driver claimed he still had other pickups, he and the doorman arranged for me to have a cab. I was very well tended to.
“Location, Location, Location”
When I made the reservation, I requested an early check-in, needed to change and go to event by 3pm. I arrived at 11am and my room was ready, guest service clerk very pleasant. Perfect downtown Philadelphia location, parking not included but literally right there, train entrance on the corner. The only negative was the room was not thoroughly cleaned. I would return.

We were in town to visit the University of Pennsylvania and this hotel was close. We wish we could of stayed because the hotel was close to everything.

“Great hotel and location”
The room was gorgeous and our view was fabulous. The breakfast buffet was good. Staff was helpful and courteous.
