"Easy to get to from the airport, and a short car ride to all the things that you want to do in Las Vegas. My group was there for a music festival that we are performing at, and it made the trip super enjoyable since we had a place retreat to. If we get invited back to the festival we will look to rent this property again."

"Quick response. Helpful. The place was very clean, cozy, and in a quiet neighborhood. On the last day we were there, I discovered this place was close to Chinatown. I wish I had known that earlier; I would eat there all the time. Where I live, Asian stuff isn't close by."

"I took a group of college students to an exhibit in Las Vegas. This house was perfect for us. We loved the character of it, the location, the amenities...everything. It's quirky, and that makes it so fun. Plenty of room, lots of fun things to do, great location close to the strip, but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. The host was excellent and quick to communicate. We were very happy and would stay there again in a heartbeat."

"As we walked into the house everything was clean and proper. Updated appliances and comfy furniture. The best part of the house was the two big bean bags were the best to come back to and unwind from a long day of walking."

"Great little studio in a quiet residential neighborhood. Easy access separate private entrance connected to existing home. Good communication with owner, off street private park spot (shared driveway with owner). Under 10 minutes to Vegas Strip. Comfortable bed. Bathroom small but workable. 2 burner stove top, decent size fridge, coffee maker. Minimal kitchen supplies. "

"The house is cute inside and out. It was very thoroughly cleaned. The sleeping arrangements could be better… two beds were missing supports and there were concrete boxes placed underneath to keep the mattress from falling through to the floor. But the mattress still supported my back and my I had no pain. Bring your own coffee - they have filters & a pot."

"The house was clean and check in was easy. Location was totally fine. The kitchen has minimal supplies (ex: one cutting board and no measuring cup). Grill was spotless! We sent some concerns around a very loose hot water tap and dishwasher not attached to cabinet to the contact so hopefully those get addressed. Otherwise totally adequate."

"It was close enough to get to the venue we were going to by uber. Close to grocery stores. Just wish the pool was as warm as they said it would be. We were told 84 degrees. Overall we would stay again."

"The rooms could have been cleaned a little better and have more "things" to occupy the empty shelving so that it looked less bare. Sad that the balconies weren't open and that the pool closed at 5."
