"Stay away at all cost, not recommended this place at all. Paid for a room with ensuite but assigned me just a room with shared bathroom. Rudeness from front desk was even worse, and that's after driving 5hrs to reach London for a 4 night stay. Pillows were dirty, bedlinen had not been changed, shared bathroom was like indian public toilet. I've used a T shirt around pillows as they had sperm marks. Contacted Hotel.com but no support either, they said not much they can do and issue being...

"Wonderful property and management! The owner was incredibly polite and personable. Got to hear about her story and how she manages the place. She even gave us recommendations for our trip that we loved! Additionally, the rooms were very homey and clean. Would recommend this property to anyone visiting! Having the restaurant below the hotel was also very convenient."

"The room was super cute and had everything we needed. The only thing was that we couldn’t open the window and the room got really hot at night—I think that was for security reasons though? The included continental breakfast was awesome! "

"Staff gets a 5 star, tube system 10 min walk, buses short distance. Park and Thames within walking distance, shopping mall 10 min walk. These accommodations had everything a hotel would have. Very dog friendly with snacks. Area very comfortable. My complaint was air conditioner didn't function and room very warm, staff worked hard in getting it to function ultimately relying on a fan, tube/ train system had disruption for the Richmond area which was a bit of a hiccup but no fault of the hotel....

"This was a clean room, had everything I needed. The bathroom has a few areas that could do with a re-paint but everything was very clean and I had plenty of towels etc. provided. I was a bit disappointed that food wasn't being served but there were plenty of places for me to eat within a short walk. I felt safe walking around on my own in the area. Access up the stairs would not suit anyone with mobility challenges."

"Great spot close to Twickenham and Twickenham Stoop. Lively bar with a nice atmosphere. Small miss-hap with my payment as I made it part in cash, but it was sorted quickly and professionally. Bargain price for the area and a good (included!) breakfast. Main improvement I would make is a bathroom refurb in the rooms - was clean but very worn. "

"Used the Kilburn Arms just for one night during our family’s trip to London as its only about 12 minute walk from a Jubilee tube line. Nice and friendly staff, who showed us to our room. We had a family room (quadruple) which was great for us. King size bed and 2 single beds. All very comfy. Parking was for free just on the side street,but that’s because we visited this over weekend. "Firstly the good, the property is super clean, nice bed, bathroom, clean kitchen and living room. Also it’s right next to underground stop for easy onward travel. The only thing I didn’t like is that the property isn’t really setup for short term let as except towels and bedding, there is no other items such as cups/glasses/plates/cutlery etc at all in the property."
