My payment card kept being declined and not at anypoint they made me fell uncomfortable. We managed tonwork towards the solution. Hence I hive a top mark for my stay. Eventhough the room was on top of a busy pub, I didnt hear a word of the crowd downstairs. The room had a fan that helped a bit with the humid night but probably next time I will choose not the single room. The wind changed direction so the aircraft disappeared. Our rooms were basic but clean. No en suite , toilet one floor down, shower two floors down. Fairly hard bed but OK. Tea and coffee making tray. Not luxurious but good value for money. 'Dinner' was a choice of pizza or burger - both were fine. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Location (for Twickenham Rugby Ground) very convenient.
