"The OYO London Guest House was a great option for my overnight business trip to London. My single room was pretty small, but absolutely fine. Everything was spotlessly clean, and in good condition. It looks like the photos on the website. The shower was very good. The reception staff were pleasant, and pretty efficient, and the wifi worked well. The guest house is in a good location for the Elizabeth Line (Acton Main Line station - just 5 mins by foot) and I could reach my morning appointment...

"The service was great..had a lovely breakfast and a nice comfortable sleep. It was a lovely touch with the coffee machine and mini fridge with a free beer. But please change or clean that awful chair in the room. It looks like someone has met their end on it! "

"How this property is still on Hotels.com is beyond me. The owner is complete scum and is scamming everyone booking on their property. When you arrive, no one will answer. When you phone the provided number, they say that reception will open. There is no reception. They will then ignore all calls and emails. We will be opening a police case and suggest that other victims do too."

"Only stayed one night but had everything I needed. Room was spacious and clean, bed confortable, nice shower, breakfast good.Decent location as well. Staff friendly and welcoming. No complaints!"

"I rang them the day before and they told me the Council had raken over the place and I had to stay at a hotel in Hounslow. They should have told me as soon as they knew. Pathetic."

"The hotel has all the things you need but the decor is a little tired. The staff work very hard and all in all for a basic place to stay it fulfilled our needs."

"Firstly the good, the property is super clean, nice bed, bathroom, clean kitchen and living room. Also it’s right next to underground stop for easy onward travel. The only thing I didn’t like is that the property isn’t really setup for short term let as except towels and bedding, there is no other items such as cups/glasses/plates/cutlery etc at all in the property."
