"The hotel room was excellent and the pool is perfect. Breakfast was good. Unfortunately the room next to us had a small dog that kept barking. I think someone should address the customers about their dog. I do t think the dog should be allowed to stay in the room without the owner to keep it quiet. "

"Hotel was good. Clean, friendly staff. Breakfast was served at 6:00am which was better than most. Many hotels don’t serve until 7"

"The mattress was ancient. I couldn’t sleep all night because I was sinking into it and dying of back pain. Also, the toilet bowl was super tiny. I’ve never seen one that small at a hotel. Not even in Europe!"

"This hotel is only 4 years old. Staff at front desk very helpful. The room was very clean, roomy for 2 people, comfortable beds although pillows too soft for me. Breakfast was well presented, kept stocked, good selection. Location is only about 15 minutes from Buffalo airport, about 30 minutes from Niagara Falls, and about 1.5 hours from Letchworth State Park. Highly recommend. "
