“Good hotel for a short term stay”

The room was clean. Breakfast was crowdy but we have the possiblity of going to eat outside. Except the noise of the AC everything was fine.

Area recommendations

The hotel is at the exit of the 87 and at only 5 minutes of Lake George Beach and Village.

Family-friendly activities

The kids could go to Great Escape Six Flags Attaction Park with their La Ronde annual pass, they enjoy it. The ship tour on the Lake George was also a good attraction.

“"Convenient and Affordable"”

Room was very clean and the the staff at the front desk were very friendly and courteous. Good variety for the continental breakfast. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool and jacuzzi. I would definitely come back here the next time I visit Lake George.

“A getaway from the crowd in Lake George”

Lake George, NY is can get crowded with all the crowds of tourists coming to spend vacations or weekends enjoying this place’s beautiful scenery and good food. But Best Western’s staff joins friendly service with a clean and comfortable lodging, providing you with a good stay. My wife and I definitely recommend this location.

Lake George is unsurpassable, splendid scenery, Fort William Henry to review the site from "The Last of the Mohicans", driving uo to Lake Champlain and the view from Prospect Mountain is breathtaking.

“This will be our regular hotel when visiting Lake George”

We've stayed at many of the Lake George Hotels offered by Expedia. This one ranks near the top for reasonably priced hotels. Most reasonably priced Lake George hotels are somewhat dated. The Best Western was not. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Pools were nice (indoor and outdoor). The staff was courteous. We liked the location because it is close to the activity in the village (a short drive), but not in the midst of the summer crowds and traffic. Although it is conveniently located right off the Northway, it is also so close to the Northway exit that you have to deal with traffic noise coming off the exit when sitting at the outdoor pool. At night however, it is quiet. We will be going back.

“Good hotel”

Very good hotel, conveniently situated, clean rooms, friendly and smiley service. The breakfast room was maybe a little too small for all the people in this august month.

“Perfect for a family”

With the indor pool and the continental breakfest, it was just perfect with our 3 children. They enjoyed there stay and everybody agreed to go back to this hotel next time will go to this region!

“hotel meets all the standards of the area.”

The hotel is almost located on the highway but quiet. Near all major attractions but does not provide a view of the lake. The staff was very friendly.

“Nice Hotel”

The hotel is right off the highway, very easy to find. All staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very plentiful. Pool was very clean, lots of towels. Room was very clean.

“Ok for the price”

we stayed here just over night and it was ok for the price. The room was good except that the color on the tv was off and couldn't be adjusted plus there was no pay per view or fridge but I think we could have requested one. You could tell that some parts of the hotel were new and some were not. I didn't like that there was no locks on the outside doors of the hotel. All in all I would stay there again
