“Clean, Comfortable Hotel-Can't ask for any better-Will definately go back”
By far, this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at in toronto. I usually stay downtown for convenience but, even though it was close to the aiport, the hotel room itself was so relaxing and peaceful. I felt right at home. Not far from the hotel on Dixie Road was a shopping area where I was able to pick up items. I drove to downtown which was not a hassle, visit my relatives close to the area, what a great choice I made. I was able to sit in the mornings and look out at the planes taking off. It was great! If you're looking for a clean hotel, clean towels, great staff, this is your bet, just rent a car that's all. The staff was so polite, every one of them said good morning to everyone, which does not happen very often in hotels. Parking is free, compare to downtown ($21)where I stayed a couple of nights before. The hot breakfast was delicious, eggs, waffles, fruits, sausage, I mean the works. I will definately give this hotel 5 out of 5 stars, and I will stay at this hotel from now on rather than staying in chaotic and hectic downtown.
“feels like home”
the hotel is beautiful and super clean.we stayed in a room with a kitchen and everything is in handy.it feels like home away from home.the breakfast was marvelous and the parking was free!!!!!
“Wish we could have stayed longer!”
The hotel and rooms were great. The pull out couch not so comfortable for my son, but he didn't seem to mind. Everything was wonderful except for the buffet breakfast that was included in the cost of the room. The food wasn't very good and they were very slow to replenish the items that were used.
“Great place to stay”
If you are visiting Toronto this is a great place to stay. The Hotel is only a few years old, in excellent condition and is well priced. It is very clean and most rooms have a living space with couch and a kitchen. In the morning they serve you breakfast. It is located just a few minutes from the airport. The only setback would be that it is located about 1/2 hour from downtown toronto but besides this it's great.
“Only Good”
the bathroom was set up in a bit of a weird way. the sink and vanity were outside of the shower and toilet area. The kitchen area was convenient- full sized fridge although we didn't use it, I think all in all the hotel is great for extended stays- although we were there for one night. Considering that I have a severe case of germ phobia, I enjoyed the stay. This hotel was the only one I could think of that was far enough from the airport and any other landmarks to be too tainted- it was virtually spotless, and thereby well worth the $$$
“Great hotel for a family or business trip”
This hotel was perfect for what we were looking for on our trip. The residence inn had felt like a comfy apartment. We could cook in with the kitchen or go out to dinner and have a kitchen for leftovers. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and handy so that we could eat and go sightseeing without using up valuable time to hunt down a restaurant in the morning. After a day of sightseeing it was wonderful to come back to the hotel and relax in the hot tub before bed. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet. Never heard the neighboring rooms at all. The neighborhood felt safe and we loved having the parking lot for our rental car. Your virtual tour on the website definitely represented the hotel well. Your personnel were very attentive to our needs and were fun to joke around with. Thanks for a wonderful relaxing vacation!

“Good shuttle service”
It took a while for the shuttle to arrive, but the driver was professional and friendly. The hotel staff was nice and polite. The room was spacious and comfortable.
“Friendly and accessible”
We were a family of 4 (2AD + 2CHD), the location and the rooms were very good. Value for money paid was fair. The atmosphere created by the staff was very friendly. Breakfast could be improved. But overall the hotel is recommended.
