“A ok hotel”
We were going to the US for a week. We needed a place to park the car for that long. The hotel suited our requirements. Price wise it was a very good choice comparative to hiring a limo both ways. We found the hotel quiet and clean. The staff was helpful.
“It was fine”
The only thing I did not like was the fact that I had to come back down to move my vehicle to another parking lot as I was going to be out of town for a week. I was very ill when I arrived and I just wanted to crawl into bed rather than going back out into the rain and cold to move my car.
“I would stay again”
The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet.
“Good Experience”
I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights.Everything was great expect for breakfast is not included with the room, and the breakfast they do offer is expensive and the food is not good at all. So only advise it to go eat somewhere else.
“Very Pleased”
My experience with the Best Western Toronto Airport Hotel was a very good one. The staff were very polite and helpful, the hotel is clean and well maintained, and it is very close to the airport and major highways. I didn't know what to expect, but I can assure you that you would be hard pressed to find a better hotel in the same price range.
“A good place to spend a day or two”
This is a decent hotel, it was quiet at night with parking at no extra fee. Not cheap though probably due to proximity to the airport.
“slept like a baby”
checked in really late, front desk staff was really nice and set up shuttle to airport immediately; beds were soooo comfortable! didn't want to get up in the morning! shuttle was on time and quick. efficient hotel service and staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. return trip via shuttle was also quick and convenient. would recommend this hotel for a traveler that needs a hotel and access to the airport.
“A good hotel, at a good rate and provided transport to the airport. I'm totally happy with it.”
I have no complaints whatsoever...well, perhaps the TV was a little lacking; but on the flipside they had a nice ipod dock/alarm radio, which I think should be standard to all hotels but for some reason it isn't...I liked this hotel. I'd stay there again for sure.
“Not a place I would willingly choose again.”
An old, tired building in need of renovation. Airport area hotel? Define airport area! Not far from the airport boundary but way over the other side away from the terminals. It took me over an hour to get from the curbside to the hotel by shuttle - a 23 minute wait then two tours of the airport before heading out to the hotel. The hotel surrounding neighborhood is industrial and quite horrible. The staff are helpful but seem overloaded, it took me three tries to book a wakeup call. The first two times I was put on hold and gave up. My room was clean and functional but the carpet and decor is so old it gave me the creeps. Wouldn't stay there again if I had a choice.
“Good Airport Service”
Good location for Airport. Would be nice if there were more restaurants close by.
