A beautiful street, and a very nice basement apartment. Has everything you need. Very well appointed. Even though a basement, very tall ceilings. That just seems to be the way it is in BC.

Very nice place
It's a very nice basement apartment in a neighborhood of mansions. Two nice bedrooms, living room area, nice bathroom and a well appointed kitchen. It's at the end of a cul de sac in a beautiful area. It's nice to walk around and see the nice houses. But not really walking close to any stores. The pizza up the road is really good. A little leery of the street parking. It's very safe, but I'm not altogether convinced it's totally allowed. Also, not sure the owners of the mansions want a bunch of cars (especially my rusty/dirty vehicle) lining the road. A few of the houses are still under construction, so I'm sure that mitigates it a bit. It's been a great stay while in town at a job. I'd stay even longer if I could, but the price is adding up pretty quick. The VRBO site didn't really have any options for extending my stay (that I could find). So I ended up making another new rental stay at the end of mine and hoping everything would go well (it did).
