"We stayed for three days in January. The hotel staff were all excellent and helpful, especially Nayim. We felt safe and easily walkable to all the main attractions in Colaba . Wonderfully quiet away from Mumbai's hustle and bustle but shops, and restaurants nearby."

"The hotel turned out to be better than our expectations. It has the same average Mumbai hotel room size but with really clean amenities, generous staff and a beautiful rooftop. The only thing that could be improved is probably installing a lift within the facility and increasing the water pressure in the taps "

"The hotel is old and wearing out. Poorly managed. It took the front desk 20 mins to check us in and There was a dead roach in the room."

"It's unfortunate that the lift was not working, and the hotel is solely on the 3rd floor. The common portion of the building was undergoing repairs and it was dirty, but the hotel proper is very clean with good service. If you are here for the Cricket, Super Convenient!"

"This is a great little hotel, the rooms are small, similar to what you would expect in Singapore. The hotel finish is very nice and it is very clean. We only needed a room overnight as we were catching a train in the morning and it is close to the station. We regularly stay in the Fort area and in other hotels of this quality but with larger rooms we pay double the room cost. Staff need some training on how to engage customers better and read customer booking requests."
