“Mumbai delay”

The Holiday Inn was a welcome relief after a long night of waiting in the Ahmedebad and Mumbai airports. The staff was incredibly helpful, the facility is new and beautiful, and the Expedia prices were extremely good.

“good hotel ,bad location”

good hotel ,new & clean with good staff, but the hotel have verry bad view ,this hotel is in north mumbay ,near airport, in verry croud street under constraction. most of the beautifull places which you want to see in mumbay are located at south of the city,there is verry defferent between north and south of mumbay. I recommend this hotel for busines trips ,if you want to stay at hotel and make your meetings in the hotel and you want to stay near the airport it is verry good .

“comfortable for businesstraveller”

i visited a congress in the hotel, so it was very convenient to stay there. the rooms are nice. Not very much attention paid at details, looks clean, but not really good cleaning of the room - the glasspanels are dirty, etc. staff is nice, but not too accurate. i ordered a taxi for the airport early morning the night before. The taxi was not there and there was no explanation or apologies. i was offered the expensive hotel taxi. since i had no choice that annoyed me very much.

“Terrible communication”

I booked this room for a place to stay while in transit between Nepal and the US. After the fact, it occurred me to that because the hotel is not actually on airport grounds that I might need an Indian visa. I emailed the hotel a week in advance of my planned stay to ask about this; I never heard back. When I arrived on the day, airport officials told me I couldn't leave and I was left having to spend 11 hours in the Mumbai airport before my 16-hour flight. The hotel should make this information obvious to people trying to book.
