“Great value”
Never had a good experience at a hotel in India - would consider this by far the best hotel in India in terms of cost performance.
“Impressed with Excellent Hotel Service”
Hotel was clean and excellent hospitality service, location of the hotel is towards Business complex so if you are with family esp. with children you would need to travel quite a bit. Located near to the SeaLink express bridge makes travelling towards south of mumbai quite convenient.
“Beautiful Stay”
The Trident was quite an experience. From the beautiful modern clean feel to the staff uniforms and overall politeness. They really make you feel genuinely welcome. The Hotel was very clean and new. The rooms were bright with ceiling to floor windows, all new components from electric curtains to idock with speakers in the bathroom. The rooms were not so big but for two adults were were fine. Beds were extremely comfy. We used the salon and spa for a hair cut, pedicure and manicure oh and eye brow threading . . which was really a great deal and a job well done. I personally had the greatest massage there too. Their service was delightful and very professional. Room service was fantastic and the best part about it is that they do not wait for or expect a tip but you can if you choose, leave something such as a note with reception as you leave regarding the outstanding service you received. . and of course a tip . . I love this concept and wish more places would do it. The breakfast buffet was worth the additional cost with an overwhelming display of food items both local and continental. Again all with over the top service and catering to our needs. It was a lovely place to stay for a relaxing experience. It was a little out of the way from where I wanted to be but worth it. I would certainly stay again.
“5* business hotel in financial district of Mumbai”
Most of the banks have moved to Bandra Kurla, so if you need easy access to meetings those institutions then perfect. Apart from hotel in that area (and office blocks) there isn't much else, so this venue is for meeting convenience, and being reasonable close to airport.

The room interior design is awesome. The location is not very attractive because it's near the high way. The Hotel staff are very supportive and they give warm welcome.
“Check your deal with regards to breakfast Internet”
My booking at the hotel was made on expedia for 3 nights in a premier room and included free wifi and breakfast. On check in I enquiries about the same and the reception initially refused both and then agreed to the breakfast. I was asked to forward proof of the deal they!! Have advertised on Expedia. Despite forwarding the booking to the duty manager , I still found myself billed for Internet usage,which I had to insist on deleting from my invoice. You would expect a hotel such as this to be more thorough about their own ads and published deals??? Especially after receiving full payment from Expedia.
