Gave a low ecofriendly score as unable to reduce room temperature (other than opening a window) and shower gel and shampoo in individual disposable bottles. Great place to stay though :-)"

"Had stayed here before was really impressed however this trip a lot different room not great so did an upgrade expensive also paid to have breakfast for two people the food is lovely Went off for the day to Grimsby for a funeral of an old army mate after a long day came back to find the room not cleaned bed not made no fresh towels on the wife asking for it to be sorted a female receptionist said don’t just want new towels !! Not a great response after paying a lot extra to upgrade the room "

"My Sister and myself stayed for 2 nights at the Maldron Hotel recently and we were very thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The room was spotlessly clean, the food was excellent and we cannot praise the staff highly enough !! They were very friendly and approachable, and went out of their way to help with any queries or help we needed. Excellent Customer Service.
