"Such a wonderful place to stay for a DC trip. It was so close to the metro, which made it easy getting to all the best tourist attractions that DC is known for. Such a relaxing area to come back to, after a long day out. If we ever come back we're definitely returning. Also was clean, quiet, and was home away from home for us."

"We loved the property. It was just as described in the profile. The place was extremely clean and had all the amenities needed while staying in a home-away-from home. It had ample space for my family and me. We did have issues with contacting the host but am not sure this was an issue on his part or with VRBO. Nonetheless, we really enjoyed our stay. We definitely plan to try to make it a regular place on our list of stays while our daughter is in college."

"This studio is compact and provides everything needed. It is clean and very cute. The only two cons were the bed was very soft and didn’t feel super stable/supportive and you can hear the walking/stomping etc from place above. Communicating with the property manager was easy and they responded quickly to questions. The location is conveniently located in Downtown Silver Spring with plenty of food and shopping options in walking distance. It is about an 8-12 minute walk to the Silver Spring Metro...

"I was here with my 2 teenagers and my fiancé visiting my older 2 daughters that live in Silver Spring. The description indicates that it sleeps 4. In reality, it only sleeps 2 adults and 1 teen. My daughter ended up staying with my daughters’ that live here because the “sleeper sofa” was actually a crappy futon. It was fine fire the 3 of us to sleep there, but no talk place to sit to hang out as the futon was so small. The only other seating was 4 stools at the mini table and a desk chair in the...

"Owner cancelled me when I landed, and had the nerve to tell me to cancel on the site. Vrbo processed a refund, and I had to rebook at a hotel. Unbelievable that the ownwe would still list the prroperty and take reservations with no intent on honoring them."
