"This was a very nice hotel. The staff were amazing. Very friendly, very polite. I would rate this hotel a 10 on almost everything except I found that the rooms could be cleaned a bit better. The walls and ceiling were dirty the doors were dirty...needs to be wiped down properly especially since this is such a high-end hotel, and the vents and fans are full of dust like they haven't been cleaned for years. "Second stay at this hotel. Room is as expected of an APA Hotel. Location is walking distance to 2 train stations and expressway bus terminal. Sento at the hotel is also nice and clean, and not packed with people. Pleanty of dining and shopping options nearby. There is also a paid carpark space available even though I did not drive on this trip. Wil stay here again on my next visit. "
