“Right by Whole Foods, Easy access to the 520, solid basic hotel”
It's nothing super fancy, just a clean room with pretty comfortable beds, a tv, the usual. They need to supply better towels. That's about all I can complain about. They've got coffee by the front desk, with cookies in the evening. It's very close to "The Rootbeer Store"...which is just a fun little place to buy many types of rootbeer, and various as well as obscure sodas... which is on the same street as Home Depot. I mention it because I've never seen a rootbeer store before. The hotel is near Fred Meyer, Target, etc., and has easy access to the Redmond mall, too. As long as the Hotel Sierra Redmond is going to charge almost double the rate per night, I'll be staying here. Parking is easier, and I'm not willing to pay that much more simply for a better breakfast buffet.
“poor wifi, thin walls”
I was not been able to use WiFi. There was sufficient level of signal only in the half of my room. Even at other half, internet connectivity was going on and off. The room sound proofing is poor. When at 6am somebody decided to take a shower they woke up all of us. On the plus side, the hotel is clean and conveniently located next to highway exit. The breakfast was rich (maybe too rich for my taste, as I would prefer more fruit and less pastry).
“Pleasantly Surprised”
I was pleasantly surprised by the modernity and comfort of my room as well as by the hospitality of the staff. Will definitely stay there again next time I am in Redmond.
“Tracie”
The Redmond Inn was very nice. The rooms/hallway/entry were all very clean. The room was nice and quiet. When we came into the hallway a baby was crying the room next to us; however, once we entered our room we could no longer here the crying. The elevator needed work (very shaky) but the stairs were close by. The staff was very nice and said hello everytime we entered the hotel.
“Good value”
This was an extremely good deal in terms of bang for the money. It's not luxury in any sense, of course, but it needed not to; everything worked as expected. The only thing lacking was the breakfast; it is included in the price, but the dining room is crowded and not that comfortable, as there's no interaction with the hotel employees and that complicates things. The lone waffle machine for example makes you wait in line for 5-10 minutes, and of course the guest in front of you will happily make herself 3 waffles with no consideration whatsoever for the other people. The whole experience it's a little frustrating and by the time your turn finally arrives, you're in bad mood. Anyway, it was worthy and I'd definitely return if I need to visit the Seattle again.
“I had a very good experience”
Clean, great shape, nice amenities, great value. A little hard to find (It is behind the pancake house), and it has limited parking.
“Very good hotel for business travel.”
I have stayed in Redmond Inn for 2 nights and I am overall satisfied with it. The rooms from the other side than road are quiet and beds comfortable. The only weak point is breakfast but I think it is usually worse in US than in any hotel in Europe.
“Good Choice”
Great access to freeways .... nice in-room amenities and breakfast offering. Afternoon cookies and coffee in lobby were a big plus!!
“Good place for the price...”
Overall the hotel was clean and nice, the front counter ladieswere polite and pleasant and we check in really quick. The only thing I didn't like was the shuttle bus to take you to the restaurants does not works on Saturdays and Friday and Saturday are the busiest days for people staying to go and have a relaxing dinner and drinks without worrying drivng back. But overall the hotel is good and the price is great, I would stay again...
“Redmond Inn - overall good experience”
This was the second year our team stayed at the Redmond Inn for a soccer camp in the area. Overall the hotel was good and we would go back again. The few little things we encountered were taken care of quickly by the staff who were very accommodating and friendly.
