Welcome to spacious, modern, contemporary and completely renovated home in a well set quite neighborhood. This is a private upper unit duplex with 3Rooms, 1.5Baths, family/dining room, laundry facility, spacious and fully functional kitchen with coffee bar; and free laundry facility.

The Space:
This upper level duplex has everything you need is on the same floor. There are three bedrooms with queen beds. The master bed room has a work desk, 1/2 bath and private balcony. There is an additional large bathroom and a laundry room. All our homes are furnished with fully functional kitchens with coffee bars to get you going in the morning. There is a designated parking spot in the driveway and there is plenty of additional parking on the street.

Beware
WARNING: Bads are bad. I could not sleep and was woken from back and neck aches. Although host was understanding and said he'd refund for the remaining days, he only refunded about 1 nights worth. He should have cancelled so the VRBO fees would also get refunded but he did not. He said he'll resolve the issue and has not responded nor sent the refund after attempts. It appears they reside in the unit below. You can also hear them talking through the walls. Otherwise a nice enough space. Coffee maker but no coffee either.

Pros: 1. Nicely stocked kitchen. 2. Lots of extra towels. 3. Standing fans in each bedroom (since there is no central air conditioning. There is A/C in the living/dining area.) Cons: Lack of maintenance/upkeep (half bath towel holder is not screwed in properly; the bath door doesn’t lock; bedroom closet door has fallen off the tracks and is stored in the closet).

Roomy, but lacking
This home is in a nice quiet area. The biggest issue is the floor was filthy and sticky in the bedroom. The beds were hard and the unit needs more blankets. There were at least a couple broken items in the house too.
