“Great location!”

The outside doesn't look that great but its very clean in the room and their service was very pleasant., The price is great!! I can't complaint. This hotel is on a great location for every side seeing. I parked my car in the parking in lot and took the bus to fisherman warf,union square, chinatown, etc it was easy, cheaper and faster to get around. Its very safe to walk around hotel and convenience to everything. I would definately comeback!

The best part of this hotel is the restaurant downstairs. The worst part is the parking lot, in which the spots are so tight.

At first very cold reception, then the women was very helpful and nice. The room is nice, quite and comfortable for the price.

Pros Hotel is close to Fisherman's Wharf. Water pressure in the room was great. The room overall was nice and comfy. Cons HORRIBLE front desk clerk on 2nd shift she was rude. Parking in the lower level is bad very very small parking spots. Park on upper level for a decent space. Also have to pay for any phone calls made on room phone. Would stay there again as long as there is a different person working there and was able to get an upper parking spot.

“Inexpensive place near the Fisherman's Warf”

Unbeatable price for the location. About 10 minute walk DOWN towards the Fisherman's Warf. We'd take a bus back UP cuz...we're lazy. hehe Costs like 2 bucks. Parking is included so what more can you ask for!!!!! Decent rooms and pleasant manager. Thank you for a pleasant experience!

the hotel was in agreat area and close to everything. the elevator was a little scary, but otherwise it was good.

Location is not so far from Fisherman's wharf (3 mins by car, 20 25 mins walk). Just 3 blocks from a cable car stop. And a bus stop is just opposite to the hotel. Excellent services! The internet connection speed was slow in the morning and evening. Overall was great.

“Boadway on Broadway”

We were right downtown hiked all over, the parking is tricky SUV's are hard to get around and they park right in the middle. we had to park on the street so were worried about being towed. we didn't have much of a problem with that just woke up every two or so hours to check to make sure we were okay. The staff was nice when ever we saw them. Place is nice and Clean!
