“Not impressed - will never go back”
The hotel has continental breakfast - and we were two adults and one kid. We were only offered two breakfast coupons. When we asked for the third coupon for our daughter - we were refused. Since we cannot have breakfast without our daughter - we refused the coupons altogether and had our own breakfast outside. This is the first time it ever happened to us. We found them very impolite and rude.
“On a tight budget? This one will do...!”
Recently renovated hotel has friendly front staff and cleaning personnel. The rooms are a little dated, but the bathrooms are fresh and new. A good place to stay in order to save a little bit of money - if you are in Quebec on business. Would book a nicer hotel if I was with family on vacation though...
“Good deal for the price”
We had a nice stay at this hotel. The room looked like the one in the photos, and seemed to have been recently renovated. It was very plesant. There was a microwave and small refrigerator in the room which was appreciated. and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was a bit limited, but there is a Tim Horton's in both directions as you leave the hotel, so that was not a big problem. The matress was in keeping with the price we paid for the room, not luxurious, but not terrible, and the walls were thin, though the hotel was generally quiet so this did not create a big problem either. Overall, I recommend this as a great place to stay considering the price we paid.
